What Kind of Person Does This?

I haven't been around much, and I was hoping to return with a nice long post about something important. Instead I simply feel the need to share that, on the way to work today, I saw a Chevy Blazer with the following message applied to the top of the windshield in 3" letters:

JUST FOR SHITS & GIGGLES

Who does that? Seriously, what kind of maroon goes out and wastes the time and money to put those letters, in that combination, on the windshield of their car?

This is even more ridiculous than a window decal of Calvin pissing on the words "Bin Laden." I'm going to try to get a photo on the way home from work tonight.
