Last Night's Dinner: Thai Chicken Noodle Soup With Bok Choy
Last night D-Jo made one of my favorites, a Thai-ish coconut milk soup. It's essentially Tom Kha Gai without the lemongrass. Since she refuses to write down her recipes, I'll just tell you that it's a broth of chicken stock and coconut milk, seasoned with fish sauce and ginger (instead of galangal), with chicken breast added to it.
This time there were ramen noodles and bok choi thrown in as well, and then it was seasoned with lime juice, scallions, bean sprouts, and of course Sriracha (a/k/a rooster sauce). It was, as usual, fantastic.

omg, that looks awesome. Having been fortunate enough to taste Daryl's cooking, I'm sure it was as good as it looks.
